We are currently seeking a part-time veterinarian!
We have a dynamic and motivated team, passionate about what we do, committed to offering the best service and evidence based veterinary medicine. Time management and decision-making skills, with computer and typing proficiency are essential. You must have a current licence with the ABVMA to qualify for this position. We are currently seeking a part-time RVT Assistant/Receptionist
The RVT Assistant/Receptionist is primarily responsible for all reception duties including but not limited to: Answering phones, booking appointments, client care, retail sales, faxing records, requesting records, opening and closing duties, maintaining clinic cleanliness and more. You are also required to restrain animals safely and efficiently and assist the Dr’s and Technicians as requested. Our ideal candidate is friendly, kind and customer oriented. Cares deeply for animals and their owners. Must be a fast learner, have good time management skills and work well under pressure. Team oriented with the ability to work well independently is also an important asset. Requirements: -2-5 years customer service experience -1-3 years veterinary assisting experience OR Veterinary Assistant Certification.
